Registration Fee
Register online and receive the discounted registration of $255. For registrations by mail or onsite, the registration fee will be $275.

The registration fee includes access to online handouts, continental breakfast on Thursday and Friday, lunch on Thursday, and daily refreshments.

Due to limited seating, this conference is open to registered delegates only and not guests. If special circumstances require to bring a guest to attend the conference, please contact us at to discuss space availability and pricing.

Confirmations and Name Badges
Confirmations will be emailed if you provided an email address. Name badges will be mailed to all attendees who registered up to one week prior to the conference.

Hotel Information
This conference will be held at the
Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa, located at 575 Lost Pines Road near Bastrop. The hotel has extended a room rate of $141 (single or double) including resort fee through October 25 at 5:00 p.m. or until the room block is sold out. To make reservations, call 512-308-1234 and refer to the group name TML Economic Development Conference. Self-parking is complimentary.

For those not staying at the hotel, self-parking is also complimentary.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $45 cancellation fee will be assessed if your request for cancellation is emailed to by October 27. No refunds will be given after this date.
