Location
The conference will be held at the Hyatt Lost Pines Resort and Spa, located at 575 Hyatt Lost Pines Road near Bastrop.  The hotel has offered a rate of $229 plus a $15 resort fee per night through Wednesday, October 23, 2024.  The resort fee includes access to amenities, pool, and spa. Please note that name changes or other transfer of room reservations will not be accepted by the hotel after October 23.

Hotel guests will be charged $9 per day for self-parking. Overnight valet parking is $42 per night.

Registration Fee
The early registration fee (through October 31) is $295 for members and associate members. After October 31, registration fees will be $345. The registration fee includes a light breakfast on Thursday and Friday, lunch on Thursday, and access to online handouts.

Confirmation/Name Badges/Handouts
Your confirmation will be sent to the email address used on your registration. Name badges will be available onsite (and will not be mailed in advance). Access to online handouts will be provided at least one week prior to the event.

Guests
This event is not open to guests. If special circumstances require bringing a guest, please contact us at economicdev@tml.org for more information and pricing.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $45 cancellation fee will be assessed if your request for cancellation is emailed to acct@tml.org by October 23. No refunds will be given after October 23, and transfers to other TML events are not permitted.
