Location
The Economic Development Conference will be held at the Hyatt Lost Pines Resort and Spa located at 575 Hyatt Lost Pines Road near Bastrop.  The hotel has offered a rate of $229 plus a $15 resort fee per day through Wednesday, October 15, 2025.  The resort fee includes access to amenities, pool, and spa. Please note that name changes or other transfer of room reservations will not be accepted by the hotel after October 15. Hotel guests will be charged $12.50 per day for self-parking. Overnight valet parking is $45 per night.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $75 cancellation fee will be assessed if your request for cancellation is emailed to acct@tml.org by October 15. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. No refunds will be given after October 15. Transfers to other events are not permitted. Substitutions are always accepted.

Name Badges and Handouts
Name badges will be available for pickup onsite. Only registered attendees will receive a name badge, and badges must be worn at all times. Online access to handouts will be provided at least one week prior to the event. All communications about this event will be sent to the email used to register.

Dress Code
